The Property

Built originally as a Yoga retreat, Xiomara features a total of 10 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms which are split between two tastefully remodeled villas. This unbelievable property is perched above the town of Pavones with panoramic ocean views, and it is just a short walk down the hill to the beach, restaurants, local supermarkets, and the famous Pavones left wave, which is the second longest left surf wave in the world.

At Xiomara, you and your guests will have the entire property to yourselves with access to our on-site concierge team to help with anything you might need during your stay. There are three features to the property: The Main House, The Villa, and

Main House

The Main House has 2 apartments: one with 1 bedroom and one with 3 bedrooms. These rooms both have full kitchens, private balconies, and can sleep 8-10 guests comfortably.

The Cabana Bar

The Cabana Bar has an outdoor kitchen, full bar, and swimming pool and is located between the two buildings for central access for all guests. Check out The Cabana Bar for a poolside lunch or complimentary happy hour drink!

The Main House

Measuring approximately 6000 square feet, the Main House consists of 2 separate apartments and a private pool.

 

The first apartment is a studio-style master with two-story glass doors overlooking the ocean and pool deck. These glass doors open to a private patio where guests can access the pool and the rest of the property. the room is equip with a full kitchen and living area, bathroom with shower and soaking tub, and raised platform with a king-sized bed.

The second apartment features 3 bedrooms joined by a full kitchen and living area. Bedroom 1 is the master and has a king bed that can be split into two individual beds and boasts a private bathroom. Bedroom 2 also has a king bed that may be split into two individual beds. Bedroom 3 has magnificent ocean views and a queen bed. There is a second full bathroom in this apartment, as well. Glass doors open up from the living area and Bedroom 3 to the Main House pool, and there is direct access to the outdoor kitchen and bar. Beautiful views of the ocean and jungle greet you every morning on your private balcony.
